FULTON BRAND CLEAVER MADE BY FOSTER BROS CO.

Foster Brothers Co. was founded in 1878 by Frank and Alli Foster. This family company forged these beautiful quality cleavers in the original Foster Factory in Fulton, NY all the way through World War II, when they were supplying military kitchens with cleavers. In 1956, the factory was closed and liquidated.

Generations have enjoyed cooking with their cleavers, which have become highly sought after by collectors.

- Metal shows beautiful patina from years of use
